Christmas and New Year Helpline opening hours

Our Helpline -0800 018 0527 – is operating a limited service over Christmas to help anyone who needs tinnitus support.

• 25-26 December: Helpline Services closed
• 27 December: Helpline Services closed but we are hosting an online Support Group session for anyone needing tinnitus support. The meeting is scheduled between 19:00 – 20:15 on Teams. To join it please email ines.canellas-jager@tinnitus.org.uk no later than 14:00 on 27 December to receive an email invitation
• 30-31 December: Helpline Services are open on a limited basis (if your call isn’t answered please leave your name and number and a member of the team will call you back)
• 1 January:  Helpline Services closed
• 2 January: Helpline Services re-open

Axel, our online chatbot, is available to answer your questions when our Helpline Services are closed. You can also visit our online forums where you will find a community of peers who understand what it is like to live with tinnitus.
