The European Tinnitus Course (ETC) is a three-day course hosted by Tinnitus UK and taught by industry-leading professionals with both clinical and research experience.

About the course: 

The course provides an overview of various aspects of tinnitus and hyperacusis, including –

• Basic science, definitions and clinical assessment
• Drug treatment for tinnitus
• Sound therapy
• Psychological treatment of tinnitus
• Special populations and other treatment modalities
• Research perspectives

With about one in seven of the population suffering from tinnitus, we’ll provide you with an advanced understanding of tinnitus, assessment and management of this distressing condition. Delivered face-to-face in three consecutive days, we’ll cover concepts and management of tinnitus and hyperacusis, as well as information from a number of perspectives, including audiological, psychological, otological and neuroscience.

The course will take place over three days at Conference Aston, Aston University, Aston St, Birmingham, B4 7ET.

Days/Times:

Thursday 17th October – 9am to 5pm

Friday 18th October – 8.30am to 5pm

Saturday 19th October – 8.30am to 3.45pm

£650

Course costs include lunch, refreshments, and certification. Copies of the lecture slides will be available online. Please note accommodation is not included in the cost of the training.

Accommodation is not included in the cost of the training. This will be booked directly via the venue and is not arranged by Tinnitus UK.

Places are allocated on a first come first served basis. Book early to avoid disappointment. Bookings close on 14 October 2024.

We accept both invoice and credit card payments and the course fee must be paid 7 working days prior to the start date of the course.
