Caroline Savage

CEO

Caroline has 25 years of broad charity and voluntary sector experience, including working with health, arts and international development organisations. Caroline has extensive leadership and Director level expertise in defining and delivering strategies to grow income and service development, to increase the reach and impact of organisations.

Stevie Bratt

Head of Finance

Stevie prepares our management and statutory accounts and oversees the finance of the charity. Stevie has worked in finance for over 30 years, mainly for charities and not-for-profits.

Pat Morrison (he/him)

Senior Tinnitus Support Officer

Pat is our Senior Tinnitus Support Officer. After working as a Tinnitus Support Adviser, Pat plays a key role in the evaluation of all Tinnitus UK’s services. Exploring potential improvements and innovations in how we support the tinnitus community.

Paula Andrew (she/her)

Tinnitus Support Adviser

Paula recently joined Tinnitus UK from the education sector as secondary school student support manager/safeguarding team member. She is very excited to start with us and is really looking forward to helping people with tinnitus

Communications Manager

Nic researches and writes all about tinnitus information and treatments. They manage our press and media output, recruit and support our story tellers, whilst also supporting other teams with their communications.

Corporate Development Manager

Becky manages the corporate membership scheme, works alongside our corporate partners and coordinates corporate sponsorship of our events and campaigns. Becky loves being able to work on the helpline as it allows her to develop a real insight into the experience of those living with tinnitus.

Sabiya Hussain (she/her)

Fundraising and Supporter Engagement Manager

Sabiya does pretty much everything that comes under individual giving - appeals, donations, memberships, raffles, lotteries and much more! She also works with our amazing fundraisers who participate in some inspiring challenges to raise vital funds for our cause.

Regular Giving and Legacies Manager

Daisy manages our regular gifts, appeals and legacies. She joined Tinnitus UK because she wanted to work for a health-based charity where she could see the direct and daily impact of our fundraising on the people we aim to help.

Trust and Foundations Manager

Paul applies to trust and foundations and manages relationships to fund various projects to help people with tinnitus. Paul has 10 years of experience in the charity sector, all for health-based causes. He is committed to helping people with tinnitus improve their lives in a variety of ways.
