Alex Brooks-Johnson (he/him)
CEO
Alex has a background in charity leadership having been a CEO in the voluntary sector for nearly 10 years with 25 years in the charity sector in total. He has worked with charities of all shapes and sizes and most recently served as the CEO of a social care organisation based on the south coast,

Partnerships Manager
Danny works with our brilliant corporate supporters, NHS Trusts, professional bodies and other charities to build partnerships that help towards a world without tinnitus.

Laura Hine (she/her)
Operations Manager
Laura ensures the smooth running of the office, overseeing daily operations, providing administrative support, supporting HR tasks and improving office processes.

Lewis Budden (he/him)
Marketing Manager
Lewis leads all of our marketing and communications. As a touring musician and with a degree in English and Film, he brings a passion for storytelling to connect people and drive change.

Ottilie works to build warm relationships with Trusts and Foundations through impact-driven storytelling to fight for a world without tinnitus.

Emily Ducker (she/her)
Volunteer and Support Group Officer
Emily supports the incredible people who run and attend tinnitus support groups across the UK. She works closely with volunteers to help build strong, welcoming communities where people can share experiences and find reassurance.

Greg Hewitt (he/him)
Fundraising and Events Administrator
Greg supports both our fundraising and events teams, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes. He currently manages our Individual Membership programme and plays a key role in delivering our busy calendar of events.

Senior Tinnitus Support Officer
Pat is our Senior Tinnitus Support Officer. After working as a Tinnitus Support Adviser, Pat plays a key role in the evaluation of all Tinnitus UK’s services. Exploring potential improvements and innovations in how we support the tinnitus community.

Ruairidh (Rory) Burras (he/him)
Tinnitus Support Adviser
Ruairidh helps answer any queries and offer support on our helpline and webchat. After many years working in film and television, he is keen to bring his passion for people to a role that makes a real impact on people’s lives.

Tinnitus Support Adviser
Sarah provides support to the people who call our helpline or use the webchat.
