About the group

We are a small friendly group who meet six times a year to discuss coping strategies for troublesome tinnitus. We are more than happy to welcome your friend or family member too if you prefer not to come on your own.

We have a chat at the start of the meeting and allow new members to introduce themselves if they wish to but don’t put anyone ‘on the spot’. We break for tea, coffee and decaffeinated drinks midway through the meeting. There are always leaflets, magazines and equipment on display and I am happy to explain any of these products and how they may help.

We have a Facebook page ‘Derby Tinnitus’. We use this to post reminders of the upcoming meetings.

This email is not monitored daily but we aim to get back to you within a few days. You are welcome to just turn up to our meetings

Additional information

We ask for a small voluntary donation towards tea, coffee and cakes etc. £1 is now sufficient as we have the room free of charge from Just Hearing Ltd who work in the building where we meet.
