About the group

We welcome all people with tinnitus from the wider Plymouth area including West Devon and East Cornwall – and you are welcome to bring a friend or relative.

The purpose of the group is to have a safe place where we can help and support other in the management of our tinnitus. Numbers have ranged from 7-17 since the group started in 2024; we are expecting this to increase following Tinnitus UK’s recent Roadshow in Plymouth.

We have strong links to our local NHS Audiology team and they are very supportive. The group is run in conjunction with Improving Lives Plymouth.

When the group meets

The group will meet on the 1st Friday of alternate months (unless it’s Good Friday, then the 2nd Friday), 10:30am – 12:30pm

Additional details

Central Plymouth, lots of car parks and it’s on good bus routes. There are lifts to the first floor, no steps.

Meetings cost £3.50 to attend to help cover the cost of refreshments, or £5 for entry and raffle (optional).
