Sheffield Tinnitus Support Group

About the group

Tinnitus UK, which is based in Sheffield, is setting up a new tinnitus support group for anyone in the area who would like to meet others. This support group will aim to create a ‘sense of belonging’ and a ‘sense of hope’ for those who are living with tinnitus. It will be a safe and friendly space to share experiences, learn about tinnitus, and explore management techniques.

Group members are welcome to bring friends and loved ones along to meetings for support.

When the group meets

On the following Wednesdays, 5:30-7:30pm

2025 Meetings

• 16 July – Dr James Jackson, Reader in Psychology at Leeds Trinity University and member of Tinnitus UK’s Scientific Advisory Board, will be presenting
• 3 September
• 22 October
• 3 December

2026 Meetings

• 21 January
