Whitstable Tinnitus Support Group

About the group

Our emphasis is on providing a safe, comfortable space to discuss your experience with tinnitus with other likeminded individuals. The aim of the group is to share information and coping strategies along with your goals and feelings (if you feel comfortable doing so).

We limit the group to 10 people per session. As such, we do not allow walk-ins. Please book online using our online booking tool on our website.

Where the group meets

The group meets at the Revival Food & Mood Cafe on the high street. It is about 5 shops up from Sainsbury’s

When the group meets

Once every 3 months on a Tuesday, 3-5pm
