About the group

We welcome all people with tinnitus from the wider Plymouth area including West Devon and East Cornwall – and you are welcome to bring a friend or relative. It would be useful if you could contact us first to tell us you are coming particularly if you need to use a hearing loop.

The group is run on a voluntary basis by 3 people who have experience of working locally with people with hearing impairment and tinnitus.

When the group meets

The group will meet bi-monthly on the following dates, 10:30am – 12:30pm

2024 Meetings

  • Friday 25th October:First meeting!
  • Friday 6th December

2025 Meetings

On the following Fridays, 10:30am – 12:30pm

  • 31 January
  • 4 April
  • 6 June
  • 1 August: Tai chi taster session
  • 3 October: Soundbath practictioner
  • 5 December

Meetings cost £3.50 to attend to help cover the cost of refreshments, or £5 for entry and raffle.
