A peer support group that allows for attendees to meet others with tinnitus and share information about coping strategies and useful practices, in a relaxed, friendly environment.
1st Wednesday of each month, 1pm – 2:30pm

The venue is on one floor so there are no stairs to negotiate. There is ample parking at the front of the building and the local bus routes stop directly outside (bus number is 306).
There is no formal charge though we do encourage voluntary donations to help cover general running costs.
