Sheffield Tinnitus Support Group

About the group

Tinnitus UK, which is based in Sheffield, is setting up a new tinnitus support group for anyone in the area who would like to meet others. This support group will aim to create a ‘sense of belonging’ and a ‘sense of hope’ for those who are living with tinnitus. It will be a safe and friendly space to share experiences, learn about tinnitus, and explore management techniques.

Group members are welcome to bring friends and loved ones along to meetings for support.

When the group meets

First meeting: 
Wednesday 23 April 2025
5:30-7:30pm

Future meetings will be confirmed but we plan to meet monthly

Where the group meets

The first meeting will be at the Tinnitus UK office. Depending on group size, we may look for a larger, more centrally located venue for future sessions.
