Face-to-face support groups
• All support groups are individual, but they generally offer support around tinnitus management and provide an opportunity to meet and get inspiration from others living with tinnitus, with occasional talks and presentations from guest speakers.
• Most support groups are facilitated by independent organisers* who are supported by Tinnitus UK and agree to follow a Code of Conduct when providing support and information to group members.
