Overview
Join us on the third Thursday of every month for a virtual gathering to connect with others who understand what you’re going through. Whether you’re looking for advice, tips, or just a listening ear, this group is for you.
Share your experiences, ask questions, and learn from each other in a safe and supportive environment. Let’s come together to navigate the challenges of living with tinnitus. No need to suffer in silence – we’re here to help!
Please note: this is not a substitute for an individual tinnitus management plan and individual medical advice cannot be given at the meetings.
Who should attend?
- Veterans or those currently serving in the armed forces who are struggling with their tinnitus
- Anyone with tinnitus who is managing it and wants to share tips/advice with others
- Family members and/or friends of those attending are encouraged to join as well
Who will run the meeting?
Lisa Caldwell, Veteran and Tinnitus UK Volunteer
After losing hearing and developing tinnitus in her right ear in 2005, Lisa retrained and now develops practical, adaptable tools to help people better manage tinnitus and hyperacusis. As The Tinnitus Coach she draws on both her lived experience and her professional training, to support individuals in building confidence, resilience, and a better quality of life alongside tinnitus.
What do you need to attend?
- A computer, tablet, or smart phone with the Zoom app installed
- A willingness to participate and share experiences with others in the group
- A quiet, private space to join from
