About the group

A friendly, welcoming space for people living with tinnitus to connect with others who understand. The group offers an opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and discover helpful strategies in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.

Whether you’re newly experiencing tinnitus or have been living it for years, you’re very welcome to join us.

Where the group meets

Lecture hall in the academy (lower ground) at Great Western Hospital

Feel free to wait in the reception area at the academy and we will come and find you 😊

When the group meets

Second Monday of every month, starting from 12/10/2026 at 18:30

We will not hold a meeting in November but will come back again in December 2026.

We will try to have tea and biscuits available. Sharing snacks and sweets, etc. are welcome 🙂
