A Tinnitus Support Group is a community of people who meet to provide each other with encouragement, support, and advice. ​They are safe, supportive spaces to connect with others and take control of tinnitus at their own pace.​

At these events, Plymouth Tinnitus Support Group leader, Jill Field, will guide you through a support group session, along with a discussion on developing the group moving forwards. Tea and coffee will be provided.
