Throughout 2026, we are hosting a range of events for the Tinnitus community & tinnitus professionals. Including community events aiming to spread awareness of Tinnitus and give the community support and advice to live better with tinnitus, to professional training to improve the understanding of tinnitus.  here is what we have lined up so far:

Lets Talk Tinnitus: Exeter and Poole

Earlier in the month, we  hosted two free ‘Let’s Talk Tinnitus’ community events, with sessions taking place in both Exeter and Poole. These events provided practical advice, reassurance, and a pathway into ongoing local support.

Attendees got to:

  • Learn the basics of tinnitus and how to manage it
  • Discover practical tips to improve daily life
  • Find out how to connect with local support groups
  • Meet others and realise they are not alone

These events are only the beginning of  a wider initiative to build new support networks across Cornwall, Devon and Dorset, including local groups, online sessions, and volunteer-led communities.

Tinnitus Information Days (Cardiff & Bournemouth)

We are holding free Tinnitus Information Days  in Cardiff (4 July) & Bournemouth (5 September)

Tinnitus Information days are info packed days open to everyone for Free. aiming to reduce stress, confusion, isolation, improve wellbeing and enable people with tinnitus to cope better with their condition.

We will also be joined by tinnitus experts, giving talks about the basic facts on tinnitus, treatments available, how to manage stress and methods of relaxation.

We will have some great speakers, as well as the opportunity to join in taster sessions of different activities such as yoga and mindfulness, which may help you manage your tinnitus. There will also be an exhibition, with stands from a range of different tinnitus service providers.
