5 ways to support Tinnitus UK this Summer

As a charity, we rely on the generosity of our supporters so we can continue to provide the tinnitus community with the help and support they need.

Fundraising

Fundraising for Tinnitus UK is a great way to support the charity, and there are many ways to do it.

Recently, Sam Borowski and Stuart Holyoak completed the London Marathon to raise funds for Tinnitus UK. Both runners greatly exceeded their targets, with Sam Raising £1,710 and Stuart raising £1,401!

There are many ways to fundraise for Tinnitus UK, including:

• Running a marathon or challenge event
• Hosting a coffee morning or bake sale
• Fundraising at a gig or event
• Celebrating a birthday or special occasion with donations instead of gifts
• Organising a workplace fundraiser

Volunteering

Volunteers are a vital part of Tinnitus UK, and without them we wouldn’t be able to do what we do. Volunteers help us to provide the tinnitus community with the help and support they need, ranging from helping with our helpline and webchat, to running support groups around the UK.

Raising Awareness

One in eight people in the UK have tinnitus, which is why it is so important to spread awareness of the condition. If you or someone you know are struggling with their tinnitus and don’t know what to do, Tinnitus UK is here to help.

We have a wide variety of information available on our website, ranging from different types of tinnitus, coping strategies, self help tips and much more.

Becoming a Tinnitus UK member
