Tinnitus Week – Quiet Night Out
Part of Tinnitus Week 2026, Thursday 5 February 2026 at the iconic Union Chapel

Join us for Quiet Night Out, a special evening of music, spoken word, comedy and connection created with safe listening at its heart, in support of Tinnitus UK, kindly sponsored by ACS Custom and Lenire. Hosted during Tinnitus Week (2 – 8 February 2026) in the iconic setting of London’s Union Chapel, this concert brings together an eclectic line-up presented at carefully managed sound levels designed to be comfortable for people living with tinnitus or sound sensitivity.
Tickets are on sale now so book soon to be part of this memorable evening.
Justin Sullivan, founder and main songwriter of legendary underground band New Model Army, brings a powerful, stripped-back performance drawing from the band’s extensive 17-album catalogue and his solo records Navigating By The Stars and Surrounded. Members from the cult ensemble Penguin Cafe introduce their whimsical, genre-defying soundscapes.
Glasgow-born poet and performer Kate Ireland contributes thoughtful spoken-word pieces that explore emotion and identity; her work has featured on BBC 6 Music, Glastonbury and the Roundhouse. Rob Newman provides sharp, intelligent humour and a welcome change of pace. His latest novel INTELLIGENCE is released on 6 March by Serpent’s Tail/Profile, and he is currently touring his stand-up show Where The Wild Things Were.
Cosmo Pyke, the Peckham-born singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, offers a distinctive mix of jazz, indie and reflective, melodic sounds. Daisy Chute joins the line-up with her award-winning songwriting and captivating vocals. With a loyal international following and performances at major arts venues and festivals including Southbank Centre, Union Chapel, Cambridge Folk Festival and Glastonbury, Daisy’s original music has featured across radio, TV, film and game soundtracks. She is co-writing the 2025 musical Coven, and her debut album Throne will be released in 2026.
Chris Tofu brings his celebrated unique style – an energetic blend of brass, electronic, reggae and everything in between – promising a playful, high-spirited addition to the evening.
Audiences can expect a warm atmosphere where artistry and advocacy come together in a tapestry of performances designed to be enjoyed safely and comfortably in Union Chapel’s unique space.
The evening has been programmed with thoughtful acoustics and sound engineering guided by the WHO Global Standard for Safe Listening at Venues and Events, ensuring a rich and engaging experience delivered at safe listening levels. This commitment ensures that everyone can enjoy the night without compromising hearing wellness.
Thanks to ACS Custom’s sponsorship, every attendee will receive a pair of ACS Pacato 16 earplugs on arrival. These high-fidelity earplugs, paired with our controlled sound environment, underline our dedication to safe listening for all.
Join us as we celebrate sound – respectfully, responsibly and together.
