About the group

Living with tinnitus can sometimes feel isolating, but nobody should have to face it alone. This group has been created to provide a safe, friendly space where people can connect, share experiences, support one another, and find hope.

The group will be run by Tinnitus UK volunteer, Kirsty, who has experience of tinnitus and is also a hearing health professional

• Wednesday 23 September 2026, 7-8:30pm
