Following on from our initial meeting in July, you are invited to join the Kingsbridge Tinnitus Support Group meeting on Tuesday 13 October, 6:30-8:30pm.
A tinnitus support group is a community of people who meet to provide each other with encouragement, support, and advice. They are safe, supportive spaces to connect with others and take control of tinnitus at their own pace.
Tinnitus Support Groups create spaces where people feel more confident, more informed and more connected
At this event, Plymouth Tinnitus Support Group leader, Jill Field, will guide you through a support group session, along with a discussion on developing the group moving forwards. Tea and coffee will be provided.
We are also looking for volunteers to continue organising group meetups so if you are interested, please do come along or get in touch!
