Christmas and New Year Helpline opening hours

Our Helpline -0800 018 0527 – is operating a limited service over Christmas to help anyone who needs tinnitus support.

• 25 December: Helpline Services closed
• 26 December: Helpline + webchat are open 10am – 2pm
• 30-31 December: Helpline + Webchat Services are open 10am – 4pm
• 1 January:  Helpline + Webchat services open 10am – 2pm
• 2 January: Helpline Services open 10am – 4pm

Axel, our online chatbot, is available to answer your questions when our Helpline Services are closed. You can also visit our online forums where you will find a community of peers who understand what it is like to live with tinnitus.
