A Message from our CEO

Every day, people reach out to Tinnitus UK in moments of crisis, frightened, exhausted, and unsure where to turn. For some, the relentless sound of tinnitus has become unbearable.

We recently shared two powerful stories from John Cooper and Caris Lount, who both reached that breaking point. Both were struggling to cope, until they found Tinnitus UK.
John has said, very simply, that we saved his life.

For many people, tinnitus is something that can be managed over time. But for others, the sleepless nights, the constant noise, and the strain on work and relationships can become overwhelming. That’s when Tinnitus UK makes the biggest difference; being there when no one else is.

Our small team of 13, supported by incredible volunteers, members and partners, delivers practical help, trusted information, and understanding when people need it most.
Every call answered, every email replied to, every conversation that helps someone find a way forward. All of it is made possible by people like you.

This autumn, your impact can go twice as far.

Thanks to a generous pledge from one of our Trustees, every donation we receive before 31 October will be doubled.
That means your gift, whatever you can give, will have twice the impact on our services.

• £40 helps us answer a call from someone in crisis.
• £295 funds a support group for a whole year.
• £608 keeps all our support services running for one day.
