We are changing our support hours

From Monday 31 July, our free helpline and webchat will be open from 10am to 4pm every day, Monday to Friday.

From Monday 31 July, our dedicated Tinnitus Support Team will be available between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday (UK time) via our free helpline and webchat.

Outside of these hours, you will still be able to access support and advice from our friendly chatbot Axel and our welcoming forum, as well as all our useful content on our website.
