Tinnitus Adviser Training is suitable for all specialisms providing tinnitus care, including hearing aid dispensers, hearing care assistants, hearing therapists, audiologists, GPs, surgeons and nurses, as well as customer support staff who frequently interact with tinnitus clients.

Course content 

During this two-day course, you will learn through specialist-led sessions on topics including:

• Counselling Principles 
• Counselling Skills 
• Audiological perspectives on tinnitus
• Medical perspectives on tinnitus
• Introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) 

You will also have two dedicated Q&A sessions with world-leading experts, be treated to a guided mindfulness session, and have time to connect with other professionals to grow your own network.
