Delivered by an experienced team, led by a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and Registered Psychotherapist, this course provides useful insights for professionals operating partly or wholly in public sector and non-profit clinics, as well as allied healthcare settings.

Tinnitus Adviser Training is suitable for all specialisms providing tinnitus care, including hearing aid dispensers, hearing therapists, audiologists, GPs, surgeons and nurses, as well as all staff who frequently interact with tinnitus patients.

Course content 

During this two-day course, you will learn through specialist-led sessions on topics including:

• Counselling Principles 
• Counselling Skills 
• Audiological perspectives on tinnitus
• Medical perspectives on tinnitus
• Introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) 

You will also have two dedicated Q&A sessions with world-leading experts, be treated to a guided mindfulness session, and have time to connect with other professionals to grow your own network.
